License

RankPal is sold as an annual single-Mac license. Your license key may be activated on one Mac at a time unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

No Guaranteed Rankings

RankPal provides ASO research, estimates, and workflow tools. App Store rankings, downloads, revenue, ad performance, and approval outcomes are not guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

RankPal can connect to Apple Ads, App Store Connect, public App Store data, and Dodo Payments. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.

Refunds

RankPal offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Email support@rankpal.app from the purchase email to request help.
