Open the portal: Use the hosted Dodo customer portal for billing, invoices, license recovery, and renewal settings.
Verify your email: Dodo sends a secure login link before showing subscription details or invoice history.
Manage the subscription: Update payment method, download invoices, cancel renewal, or confirm which email owns the license.

When to email support instead

Email support if the portal link does not arrive, your license key was sent to the wrong email, a checkout was duplicated, or RankPal does not recognize a valid license.

Include the purchase email and any Dodo receipt ID so we can find the subscription quickly.
