license

RankPal is sold as a monthly or yearly single-Mac subscription license. Your license key may be activated on one Mac at a time unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You may use RankPal to research your own apps, client apps you are authorized to manage, and public App Store competitors. You may not resell access to RankPal, share a license key publicly, or use the app to violate Apple, Dodo Payments, or third-party service terms.

no guaranteed rankings

RankPal provides ASO research, estimates, and workflow tools. App Store rankings, downloads, revenue, ad performance, and approval outcomes are not guaranteed.

Keyword popularity, difficulty, competitor data, download estimates, revenue estimates, and Apple Ads signals should be treated as directional inputs. Final App Store outcomes depend on Apple systems, market conditions, your app quality, conversion rate, ratings, and user behavior.

third-party services

RankPal can connect to Apple Ads, App Store Connect, public App Store data, and Dodo Payments. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms.

You are responsible for keeping your Apple credentials secure and for ensuring you have permission to access the apps, campaigns, and App Store Connect records you connect to RankPal.

refunds

RankPal subscriptions include a 3-day free trial when configured at checkout. After the trial, billing and refund handling are processed by our secure checkout provider. Email support@rankpal.app from the purchase email if you need help with a billing issue.

acceptable use

Do not use RankPal to create misleading metadata, impersonate another app, manipulate reviews, scrape services in violation of their terms, or automate behavior that would put your developer account at risk. RankPal is built for legitimate App Store Optimization work.
