what RankPal stores

RankPal keeps your apps, keywords, drafts, screenshot plans, campaign summaries, and license activation on your Mac. We do not store your Apple account password or Apple private keys on RankPal servers.

Local app data can include App Store metadata drafts, selected keywords, competitor research, screenshot layouts, localized caption drafts, price localization notes, and Apple Ads summaries. This data is used to make the RankPal app work for you on your device.

private Apple sync

If you connect Apple Ads or App Store Connect, RankPal uses those keys on your Mac to sync your own account data. RankPal uses official Apple APIs where available and only requests the access needed for the workflow you enable.

You can remove connected credentials from the app when you no longer want RankPal to access Apple Ads or App Store Connect data. Revoking credentials in Apple systems also prevents further API access.

payments

Payments and subscription management are handled by Dodo Payments. RankPal receives and validates license keys, but does not store card details.

website analytics

RankPal may use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand which pages are useful, such as product pages, docs, pricing, and ASO guides. Analytics data helps us improve the website and does not give RankPal access to your Apple account.

support requests

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, app issue, billing question, screenshots, or logs. We use that information only to respond to the support request and improve RankPal.
